Three Ford Models Earn Quality Impact Awards from Strategic Vision

Last week, San Diego-based research firm Strategic Vision released the results of its Total Quality Impact™ (TQI) study, and here at Jones Ford Buckeye, we are proud to see three of models earned the highest scores in their respective categories. TQI scores are determined based on the results of more than 39,000 survey responses from owners of new 2016 model-year vehicles. The survey analyzes more than 150 aspects of the consumer experience to provide a comprehensive measurement of vehicle quality.

“We see time and again that for consumers, innovation does more to communicate quality than an absence of problems does,” said Christopher Chaney, Senior Vice President – Strategic Vision. “Whether it comes in the form of breakthrough technology, re-engineering a vehicle or creating a new model, consumers feel the positive impact of bold new directions taken by manufacturers.”

The F-150, part of America's best-selling lineup of pickups, scored the highest in the full-size truck segment. Mustang, the world's best-selling sports coupe earned a victory in the standard convertible segment, and the C-MAX earned a victory in the small alternative powertrain car segment. Ford was also recognized in the corporation category of the TQI awards.
