Drove down from Tucson after speaking with DJ at Jones Ford Buckeye. He asked all the right questions to make sure I was able to get the right truck for my wants and needs. After everything was said and done I ended up with my 2023 F150 5.0 single cab! Upon arrival DJ had the truck pulled up and ready for a test drive. After test drive the process was quick and I met Justine in finance. She was funny and gave me a great Veterans discount for my extended warranty. Customer service is the core to a great environment. I was in the market to purchase a vehicle and had been shopping around the state. Tylor came up and let me ask what I wanted and he was able to point me to the perfect truck at the right price! They gave me a fair deal on my trade with no hassle. No pressure salesmanship needed just friendly conversation. Once I hit the finance department Justine was just as amicable. She worked and found me a good rate and I was able to drive out with my new truck in less than 2 hours from the time I drove into the lot.
